I am... Rachel Ellison MBE, Executive Leadership Coach

I've been... a BBC news correspondent and international project manager working in the UK, Europe and Middle East and Central Asia. I was awarded an MBE for 'the promotion of human rights and the self empowerment of women in Afghanistan'. My team of local, Afghan female reporters won BBC Team of the Year. I volunteered as an internal coach at the BBC. Then I launched my own business. I coach CEOs and senior leaders in the commercial and public sectors. I am passionate about enabling talented women leaders fulfil their potential and thus, am honoured to be have been asked to be the coaching lead for Women Ahead.

I bring... expert knowledge of presence & impact, self-coaching in crisis, multi-cultural coaching and leadership in emerging and post conflict economies. I continue to learn and grow myself....in order to offer my clients, creativity, rigour and high support with high challenge.
