I am… Nici Harrison and I am grateful to have the position of Learning Project Manager at Moving Ahead. My role involves ensuring that all of our learning content remains impactful, relevant and tailored to our clients whether they’re embarking on a mentoring programme, running leadership development, attending our insights and summit events or in need of coaches or facilitators.

I wear… Many different hats. As a Business Psychologist having spent my career supporting clients with their wellbeing strategy and as a leadership assessment practitioner (Deloitte), I love supporting Moving Ahead with bespoke consultancy and learning projects. In addition I am a qualified Transformational Coach and Grief Work practitioner, I equally enjoy using these skills to support our clients in understanding what they really need and deliver meaningful outcomes.

I love… IDEAS! I am constantly drawn to research, thought leadership and new ways of doing things. I believe in the power of connection and vulnerability and am always seeking to bring authenticity to every conversation. I’m a big advocate for going slow to go fast and love working with Moving Ahead to consciously and courageously do things for the right reasons in a pioneering and impactful way.
