I’ve been... writing, talking and working on mentoring for the past 30 years. I brought the concept of structured mentoring programmes to Europe in the early 1980’s and of the over 60 books I’ve written – a third have been on the topic of mentoring or coaching.
Women Ahead... I have a special interest in mentoring as a proactive tool in diversity initiatives. Through many years of research I have seen first hand how powerful an impact properly designed diversity mentoring programmes can have.
I bring... extensive experience and an immense knowledge of the subject which enables me to mentor the team by supporting and challenging their thinking. I can also always be relied upon to come up with a limerick for any occasion!
