I am... Tanya Jacques, Senior Client and Programme Manager at Moving Ahead

I’ve been…Working as a project manager in the training and development/events sectors in the automotive industry, as well as the education development sector, for the last seven years while juggling my duties as a mum to my 12-year-old daughter and 6-year-old stepson. Outside of work I enjoy creative projects and you’ll find me behind a camera lens or getting covered in paint working on my next masterpiece. 

Women Ahead...Closes the gap in gender equality by working on cross-company mentoring schemes. I’m very excited about working with the 30% Club on programmes to help women develop their skills across sectors, enabling them to become great leaders in their industries and get into seats on FTSE100 boards.  

I bring…Seven years project management experience, enabling me to streamline all our programmes and processes, giving our team more time to engage with our clients and build better relationships.
