I am…  Kristy Law and have recently joined the 30% Club cross-company mentoring programme team here at Moving ahead.

I’ve been… all over the place. Many summers throughout high school were spent volunteering in Ghana, Malawi, South Africa and Bali which cemented my love for community development and travel. Before going to University to study International Relations and Development, I took a gap year to work in the ski resort of Whistler in Canada. Shortly after graduating from the University of Sussex, I flew to Tucson, Arizona and wrangled for a few seasons on your typical Western ranch. Needless to say, I love living abroad and learning about different people and parts of the world.

I bring… positivity and a free-spirited nature.

Women Ahead and Moving Ahead is… unique. It offers the opportunity to be involved with impact at scale, as part of an agile and dynamic team.  Although a small company, the mission to develop more inclusive cultures has a global reach. We are all connected by the desire to drive change for the better and I am grateful to be working for a company whose values align so closely with my own.
