We have supported close to 10,000 mentors and mentees. About the role

To project manage the delivery of face to face and virtual learning products with input to elements of the learning design. Working with the Head of Learning and Development.


·        Responsible for learning project management

·        0 direct reports


1.      Project manage the design, development and delivery of new learning products. This includes core face to face and digital learning programmes.

2.      Input to the learning design and content creation for learning programmes

3.      Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create efficient and productive ways of working to develop and produce the learning programmes

4.      Driving effective project management methodology to deliver projects within the required time frame, and appropriately manage risks

5.      Managing multiple large projects at a time

6.      To support client sales (proposal development) through bespoke client offerings; able to adapt learning sessions to suit individual client needs

7.      To work in conjunction with experts in their field to develop content on specific subjects e.g. mental health, parental toolkit 

8.      To coordinate and support external campaigns for core Moving Ahead products

9.      To support the development of collateral for new products by liaising with the Marketing and Communications Manager

10.    To remain abreast of the latest knowledge in the field of learning and diversity and inclusion

11.    Collaborate, knowledge share and build relationships across all teams

12.    Uphold and promote Women Ahead Moving Ahead values and philosophy and act as a brand ambassador


·        Knowledge in project management and successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously

·        Knowledge in learning content design, diversity and inclusion, or women’s development

·        Experience in virtual learning strategies, methods and platforms

·        Strong time management and organisational skills

·        Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity

·        Knowledge in stakeholder management and influencing skills
