We believe in the power of mentoring, storytelling and research to improve diversity and inclusion
Moving Ahead is a social impact organisations working to improve workplace inclusion and diversity. Our mission is to create an inclusive society in which individuals and organisations can be at their best. We work cross-sector, cross-company and cross diversity-strand, designing and delivering mentoring, development programmes and research that helps organisations achieve diversity of thought and perform better. To date, we have reached more than 30,000 individuals across more than 300 organisations and 30 sectors.
Established in 2014 with the aim of finding practical, tangible ways to improve inclusion and diversity across all sectors of business and industry, and wider society. Since then, these social enterprises have grown rapidly in both scale and impact. We manage the world’s largest cross-company mentoring programme on behalf of the 30% Club and host more than 300 events each year. Organisations we work with include BT, Cisco, Google, London Stock Exchange Group, HSBC, Deloitte, British Airways, the Guardian and Coca-Cola.
The Summit Series is an opportunity to share inspirational stories and insights at scale. Whether live in the audience or watching online, the half-day format gives participants an opportunity to switch off, listen and be inspired by world-class storytellers and subject-matter experts, and to take lessons and learnings back into their lives and organisations.
