Women Ahead is excited to be launching LEAD: a pioneering cross-company development programme for senior female leaders.This programme incorporates multiple learning platforms with diverse world-class learning expert facilitators - with workshops, individual, one-to-one, and triad sessions.
The programme kicks off with an immersive three-day, two-night programme at the beautiful Soho Farmhouse where participants can connect, become present and learn in this inspirational learning and wellness environment.
Female leaders learn, develop and network at their best when the environment is secure, contracted, diverse and the learning is allowed time to embed.
LEAD (Leadership, Excellence and Development) has been created from our experience base within gender diversity, inclusive leadership, wellbeing and mentoring. We have supported more than 5,000 female leaders across 160 organisations and we bring this wide-ranging insight to the design and delivery of LEAD.
This is the programme our clients have been asking for and, indeed, need if they are to truly commit to gender diversity within the highest levels of their organisation.
LEAD is a nine-month development programme launching on August 19th 2018 that integrates seamlessly with busy schedules. It focuses on personal and professional development, in a highly personalised way, within a unique cross-company environment.
The programme has been designed by Charlotte Monico (formerly Head of People Development for Google EMEA), and will be delivered by world-class facilitators and experts. Our faculty will be supporting participants on their individual journeys throughout the entirety of the programme. These include Patsy Rodenburg OBE, Dr Kate Goodger, Julia Hobsbawm OBE, Google’s Kirk Vallis, Simon Arrowsmith and many more.
LEAD is not…
...Another mini MBA. Nor is it another feel-good offsite in which participants are bombarded with cool content, flooded with dopamine and leave feeling great, invested and motivated, yet change…absolutely nothing.
...A nine-month immersive change programme giving highly talented female leaders time out to explore and develop personal growth areas, set audacious goals and find the inspiration and support to grow.
LEAD is for…
...Successful senior female leaders who regularly report to the board or who have significant company or department-level decision-making authority, and are looking to identify and push towards their next career challenge.
...Tools and content to support participants in shifting behaviours and evolving specific key development areas. We aim for one participant per organisation, ensuring confidentiality, safe space and network growth.
...Participants to prioritise and commit to the full nine-month programme, including mid- programme triad peer mentoring sessions every four weeks.
