I’ve been…working in programme management roles for nearly five years, and operational and people management roles for six years before that, primarily within financial services. I’ve managed all kinds of projects, from internal system implementations to company acquisitions and cross-country advertising campaigns. Before joining Moving Ahead, I had been on maternity leave for a year raising my daughter.

Moving Ahead…is my opportunity to make a difference and combine my job with a cause I’m really passionate about. As a new working mum, I want time away from my daughter to be spent doing something I really care about and that feels meaningful. I believe that by bringing people from all walks of life to the same table, we can really learn and grow together, and I want to see tangible change in the workplace. By working in partnership with our clients I believe we’re doing that.

I bring…professional programme management expertise (I’m PRINCE2 qualified), passion and energy to the cause. Essentially, I am the kind of woman we aim to work with and create opportunities for.
