Victoria Pendleton CBE
Double Olympic Gold Medalist, World Champion track cyclist & Jockey

Victoria Pendleton CBE Olympic is a record-breaking track cyclist with nine world titles, and two gold and one silver Olympic medal, making her Great Britain’s most successful female Olympian of all time. One described by her coach as being “too skinny and too puny to be a sprint cyclist,” Pendleton went on to become one of the world’s best ever female cyclists.

An experienced and acclaimed public speaker, Victoria talks about the immense physical and psychological challenges faced by elite athletes, and the preparation, attitude and preparation needed to reach the very top, no matter how steep the odds. Following a gold and silver medal at London, Victoria was awarded a CBE by the Queen in 2013 and in her presentations reflects on her career, and what it took to sustain her remarkable success.

Victoria has now switched saddles in her journey to qualify as an amateur jockey. She is currently in preparation for racing at Cheltenham in 2016.
