Victoria Pendleton CBE Olympic is a record-breaking track cyclist with nine world titles, and two gold and one silver Olympic medal, making her Great Britain’s most successful female Olympian of all time. Once described by her coach as being ‘too skinny and puny to be a sprint cyclist’, Pendleton went on to become one of the world’s best ever female cyclists. Following a gold and silver medal at London, Victoria was awarded a CBE by the Queen in 2013. Victoria has now switched saddles in her journey to qualify as an amateur jockey.
