I am... Kate Gupta, Client and Programme Coordinator.

I’ve been... taking time out from formal work the last four years to be ever present in the early years of my two girls who are seven and four years old. Prior to that I worked at O2 for seven years in a variety of roles as PA to Senior Directors, driving internal development for O2 marketeers via the Marketing Training Academy and most recently part of the fast-paced Tesco Mobile arm.  I’m used to adapting to different roles and needs.

Women Ahead... gives me the exciting opportunity to work in an organisation that brings together talent and expertise in developing and creating new opportunities for women in sport and business.

I bring... energy, an eye for detail and a calm presence in a fast-paced, changing environment.
