• About the Role

As our organisation grows, we are searching for a highly skilled and passionate Technology Business Partner to ensure our learning technology meets the needs of our clients for the future. We are seeking technology to support and enable:

·       Mentor and mentee matching

·       Mentoring programme management

·       Digital learning portal

·       Social learning options for networking

·       Event management


We envisage this interim role leading on the following areas:

·       Review of our current platforms

·       Scoping technical requirements

·       Consider “build” vs “buy” options

·       Complete RFP process

·       Plan project initiation and implementation  


• About YOU

You’ll be an experienced Technology Business Partner, with experience in getting to understand the needs of a business, finding the right solutions and implementing systems.  You’ll be used to working collaboratively and delving into business processes - analysing where technology could add value, reduce complexity and enable efficiency. Your knowledge of the provider marketplace will ensure a focused and effective RFP.

Contract: 12-week fixed-term contract 

Location: Office-based in picturesque Henley-On-Thames 

Hours: Full Time
