Moving Ahead and Women Ahead is a purpose-led specialist learning, development and transition organisation that develop leaders in sport and in business. We are a team of global mentoring and development experts supported by first-class programme managers, researchers and communications experts. Since launch in 2014, we have worked with more than 160 organisations across both sport and business. We have supported over 6,000 mentors and mentees. • About the Role

As our organisation grows, we are searching for a highly skilled and passionate Technology Business Partner to ensure our learning technology meets the needs of our clients for the future. We are seeking technology to support and enable:

·       Mentor and mentee matching

·       Mentoring programme management

·       Digital learning portal

·       Social learning options for networking

·       Event management

 

We envisage this interim role leading on the following areas:

·       Review of our current platforms

·       Scoping technical requirements

·       Consider “build” vs “buy” options

·       Complete RFP process

·       Plan project initiation and implementation  

 

• About YOU

You’ll be an experienced Technology Business Partner, with experience in getting to understand the needs of a business, finding the right solutions and implementing systems.  You’ll be used to working collaboratively and delving into business processes - analysing where technology could add value, reduce complexity and enable efficiency. Your knowledge of the provider marketplace will ensure a focused and effective RFP.

Contract: 12-week fixed-term contract 

Location: Office-based in picturesque Henley-On-Thames 

Hours: Full Time

Reports to: Founder and CEO
